  • Ginger

  •  Green Chilly

  • Curry Leaves

  •  Coconut Oil

  • Peppercorns

  • Cinnamon

  •  Cardamom

  •  Cloves

  •  Coconut Milk

  • Cashew

  •  Raisins

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the meat ( Mutton / Prawns / Chicken / Beef - 250 g ) with 1/4 tsp salt. Add Currease to a pan along with stock water.


Step 2

Add Currease to a pan along with stock water.

* For vegetable stew add Currease to a pan along with 1 cup of water and boil.


Step 1

Add the cooked meat and allow to boil. Turn o the stove when it starts boiling. Stir for 2 minutes and serve hot.
