Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Shallots

  • Ginger

  •  Garlic

  •  Green Chilly

  •  Curry Leaves

  • Red Chilly

  •  Kashmiri Chilly

  •  Turmeric

  • Pepper

  •  Coconut Oil

  • Tomato

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add Currease and 600g cleaned prawns along with 1 cup water to a pan.



Step 2

Cook till the gravy is thick. Turn o stove and add 1 tbsp coconut oil and mix well.


* After cooking take out prawns leaving a little gravy in the pan. Add a cup of cooked rice. Mix well and enjoy the\ ‘Chattiperalan’ (Flavoured rice)
