Ingredients

  • Onion

  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Curry Leaf

  •  Mustard

  •  Vinegar

  • Turmeric

  • Red Chilly

  • Kashmiri Chilly

  •  Garam Masala

  •  Pepper

  • Coconut Oil

  •  Salt

  • ALLERGEN : MUSTARD

Preparation

Step 1

Pressure cook 1kg pork (Blocks)adding 1 cup of water, 1/4tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp salt till the meat is cooked.


Step 2

Take out the cooked pork blocks and slice it to thick sqaure. Add Currease and a cup of water and pressure cook again to a whistle or two.



Step 3

Open the cooker and if required continue to boil till the gravy is thick
