Ingredients

  • Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Red chilly, Curry Leaf,

  • Coriander, Turmeric, Pepper, Garam Masala, Coconut Oil, Salt.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut 1 kg pork into 4 blocks.

Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric

and pressure cook until the meat

is cooked.


Step 2

Cut the cooked pork into

small cubes.


Step 3

Add currease along with

1/2 cup water and pork to a pan.

Stir until dark brown. Garnish

with fried curry leaf.
