  • Onion

  • Ginger

  •  Garlic

  •  Green Chilly

  • Curry Leaves

  •  Red Chilly

  • Turmeric

  •  Coriander

  •  Pepper

  • Garam Masala

  • Poppy Seeds

  • Grated Coconut

  •  Coconut Oil

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Pressure cook 1Kg mutton adding 1/2 tsp salt.


Step 2

Add CURREASE and boil till the gravy is thick. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves, thinly sliced and fried onion.
