Green Chilly Sauce
Pressure cook 500g Beef blocks
(Perferably tenderloin) After the
meat is cooked slice the meat to thin
pieces.Keep the stock water aside.
In a pan add 2 tbsp
vegetable oil and saute the
sliced beef and keep aside.
Add currease along with the stock
water and boil the mixture.Add beef
to the gravy and stir till the
gravy is thick.
