  • Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Turmeric,

  • Coriander, Pepper, Garam Masala, Salt.

Preparation

Step 1

Add 1 medium size Duck (cut) to a cooker along with currease and pressure cook until the meat is cooked.


Step 2

Open the lid and boil until the gravy is thick. Garnish with thinly sliced fried potatoes.
