Ingredients

  • Onion

  •  Tomato

  •  Ginger

  •  Garlic

  •  Green Chilly

  •  Curry Leaves

  • Coconut Oil

  •  Kashmiri Chilly

  •  Red Chilly

  •  Coriander

  • Turmeric

  •  Pepper

  •  Garam Masala

  •  Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix currease with 1 medium size chicken (small cuts) in a pan and saute for 3 minutes.


Step 2

Add 1 1/2 cup of water. Cover the lid and cook for about 15 minutes in low flame.



Step 3

Open lid and stir till the gravy is thick.
