Ingredients

  • Onion 

  • Ginger

  •  Garlic

  • Green Chilly

  •  Curry Leaves

  •  Red Chilly

  • Turmeric

  • Pepper

  • Coriander

  • Garam Masala

  • Coconut Oil

  • Salt

Preparation

Step 1


Pressure cook 1 kg Beef cubes with 1/2 tsp of salt till the meat is cooked.


Step 2


Open cooker, stir till the stock water is reduced.


Step 3


In a pan add currease and the cooked meat. Stir continuously till the oil seprate and the meat is fried. Garnish with fried curry leaves.
